1/3 cup The Organic Essentials flaxseeds
2/3 cup milk
2 tsp The Organic Essentials sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp The Organic Essentials cinnamon powder
1/2 cup strawberries or any other sliced fruit
Preparation:
- Pour milk, organic ground flaxseeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and maple syrup into
a mason jar. - Stir well until mixed, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- By morning, it should be thick and creamy, if not, add more ground flaxseeds and refrigerate
for another hour. - Add toppings like Strawberries, chopped almonds, banana slices, walnuts and honey into a
mason jar and eat on the go!
