Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup The Organic Essentials flaxseeds

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 2 tsp The Organic Essentials sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp The Organic Essentials cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 cup strawberries or any other sliced fruit

Preparation:

  • Pour milk, organic ground flaxseeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and maple syrup into
    a mason jar.
  • Stir well until mixed, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • By morning, it should be thick and creamy, if not, add more ground flaxseeds and refrigerate
    for another hour.
  • Add toppings like Strawberries, chopped almonds, banana slices, walnuts and honey into a
    mason jar and eat on the go!
